I give it a 9 rating thanks to the male administrator. Cons: The hotel has electronic displays where you can set a status (cleaning needed/do not disturb). One day I had the status Do not disturb, but for some reason when I was dsent a hotel employee came in without asking and laid out a winter blanket for me. Pay attention that it was +28 outside during the day! Moreover, the employee left the blanket packaging next to my bed. I asked the girl at the reception to solve the problem and return the summer blanket. But after 3 days and until our departure nothing was changed, the receptionist didn't even ask us if everything was okay. I think this is unprofessional and drop our opinion of the hotel. The receptionist is a very important position in the hotel, the face of the hotel! The last 2 days I had the status Cleaning needed, but no one came to clean the room.
