"Pros: The location and facilities met our needs completely. There is a generous breakfast included and we had a quiet room. I particularly enjoyed the cleaning staff who were so helpful and did an excellent job. Cons: I would say anything that is not likeable can be ascribed to the over expectations of those who travel. This is a lovely hotel and Konya is a unique and marvellous experience. The people, everyone we spoke to, was helpful and interested in being of assistance. A remarkable characteristic in these troubled times. The young man on the front desk was also available and helpful ." ~Kathrin
