The property is also very well located, you can access the historic sites, the beautiful Patara beach or the dunes quickly even by walking (30min) and the homemade food gives you such a comforting feeling! "Pros: The apartmant is very spacious and well equipped. It has a washing-machine and a dish-machine. There is also a pool in the garden. Bakir is a great, English speaking and very kind host. He helped us a lot with necessarry information, especially about car service that we unfortunatelly needed. Cons: Reading lamps above the bed are missing, and could cobtribute to the whole impression. Cleaning service is not as frequent as we were used to (especially from our experience in Greece). However, in the apartmant you have almost everything to maintain it clean, and you only have to ask if anything is missing. Bakir is great" ~Svetlana

"Pros: A really nice family-run pension in the little town just outside of Patara Beach and ruins. The family was friendly and offered our favorite Turkish breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The pool was small but lovely and I nearly fell asleep in one of the loungers one afternoon. The AC and in-room fridge were great. The staff offered good advice about how to visit the beach. If you just want the beach, ask them how to get free access. We paid the 10-12 Euros (can't remember) to visit the beach and ruins. They even loaned us a beach umbrella so we didn't have to rent one. The ancient ruins in the evening were spectacular! The little town was around the corner from the inn with a few restaurants and shops. Cons: My daughter's pillow was hard as a rock! We probably should have asked for another but didn't want to be a bother. Everything else was great!" ~Andria
