"Pros: Nice location, quiet neighborhood, functional and beautiful apartment, helpful and responsive hosts, the communication was excellent all the time. The place is equipped with (almost) everything needed and possibly, if you're staying just for a couple nights, it would be all stars perfect. I stayed for 9 nights though and there was one important thing missing - there's no vacuum cleaner or even a simple mop, they did wipe the floor once in the middle of our stay and changed the towels, but not the bed linens. The rest of the days there was no way to keep the place clean, as it's impossible to request a mop or a floor brush, anything. Cons: There should be a possibility to provide a mop or a floor brush to maintain cleanliness for longer stays. For this type of an expensive apartment I'd personally secure a robot vacuum cleaner, but maybe that's too much to ask for, I don't know. Also, changing bed sheets once a week would be nice." ~Juli612
