"Pros: On the plus side, the location of the house was fantastic. It was conveniently situated in a desirable area that offered easy access to various attractions and amenities. The house itself was also a standout feature. It seemed to be newly built, which was evident in its modern design and well-maintained appearance. The cleanliness of the house was also a big plus for me. It was clear that the property was well taken care of, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: However, there were a couple of downsides that I believe are important to mention. Firstly, there was no air conditioning in the house, which could be a significant concern, especially during warmer months. This omission made the indoor environment less comfortable than I had anticipated. Additionally, I found that there was a discrepancy between the initial booking price and the actual cost. While I understand that some additional charges might be necessary, it's essential for the property management to be transparent about these costs upfront. "Pros: Apartment is really nice, I liked the kitchen Cons: - apartment owners tried to scam the price, and trick me into paying extra - location is hard to get in (Google maps doesn't lead there) - no visual or any video instructions on how to get there (when I ended my Google maps trip I was surrounded by about 20 flats) - not a super nice lady on the phone, she gives odd instructions like go to the red flat and there are like 3 red flats in the area - owners lied about place being wheelchair accessible (there's a ramp needed to construct for the apartment entrance, as otherwise it's hard to get into without any outside help)" ~Олександр
