"Pros: Not my first experience with this company and a confirmation of the high standards of quality for their services. The apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable and in an excellent location. Modern, fresh and spacious including the bathroom and a well functioning shower and washing machine. Equipment was basic but sufficient if you do not mean to cook extensively. Communication with the staff was easy and professional, no problems with checking in or out. Cons: Could have appreciated a little more cooking utensils and basic kitchen equipment, but this reflect a personal preference for cooking." ~Federica
