"Pros: Nice location and services, nice food. We went there for a sauna and were satisfied. Cons: The mark "7" refers to the management of the place. I was at the location for a lunch previously, then in a month' time decided to book the room for the night. Regrettably, the reception girl's attitude during the phone call was rather uncivilized so I changed my mind and did not book. Today, after leaving the assessment, I was contacted by yet another lady person from that location. Also quite a negative impression - badly mannered, sturdy, almost rude. Of course, everything above is imho, but be notified." ~Starkside

"Pros: It was clean, warm place with a perfect bedding, pillows and mattress. Very comfortable stay for me, my husband and our 3 year old child. We booked a room with a bath, it was a good idea for a longer stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get there with a public transport or taxi. Cons: You have to lock the entrance door every time. Not that hard, but when 2 people with the different schedule stay in, you have to go down and let someone out." ~Anastasiia
