Please inform City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As per local legislation, all guests are required a valid passport or state-issued ID at check-in. The hotel will not admit unaccompanied minors below 18 years old. All reservations made without a credit card or with invalid credit cards may be cancelled by 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. Please note that the spa will be closed until further notice.
