"Pros: The hotel ambiance, location, and some amenities are excellent. We got a room upgrade; the rooms are clean, bigger, and comfy. It was great to see the natural and clear blue waters of the shore and feel the calm and serenity of nature along with this luxurious hotel in Ajman. Cons: It was nice that the hotel manager was able to reach out directly to its customers; however, we drove long hours from the busy streets of Dubai to Ajman, and it was a big disappointment that during my years of luxurious staycations with different hotels along the UAE, there were very few and unexpectedly very late check-ins I had (9:11pm), and I requested at least 1 hour late check-out prior to our request, and we were told to request it in the morning of the next day. Unfortunately, it went wrong due to the wedding occasion that we have never been part of or have nothing to do with the stay request, as if some guests would vacate our room or as if the hotel had been exclusively closed for a royal family wedding or whatever, but it was a big NO NO for us, especially for me.
