"Pros: I have nothing to say but perfect. The staff was particularly very nice, kind and supportive, across all functions. We also got the chance to be upgraded to the Presidential suite without asking for anything. Cons: The main issue is the crowd. We wanted to book the restaurant but was already fully booked. We had no choice but to go to another restaurant in another hotel nearby. Also the quality of the food at the buffet restaurant (breakfast) is not the best." ~Frédéric
