"Pros: The girls working at reception. I'm a regular costumer so this time I've been granted an upgraded room when I arrived for check-in, which was more spacious and very nice. The other day, it was a Saturday and even though, I got a late checkout when I called reception. Room service works very well. Cons: The TV. Impossible to connect to the phone, although it is a Samsung and it offers that feature. But doesn't work. Limited choice of channels. The WiFi. Not good because you have to log in or register. If you don't have an Accor account you might find yourself struggling with speed issues." ~Vangelis
