"Pros: new villa. Cons: I arrived at six o'clock in the evening and they are still cleaning the place." ~Fatma

"Pros: At first look it was a great villa with table laid out like in show rooms. Owner did say it will replace the broken chair and replace the damaged table ( could be used so did not affect us) so new tenants should have better deal and have 6 chairs ( it did not affect us) . Very clean and quick access to private beach. Very large TV if you want to watch TV. Might need more glasses, cutlery and towels if staying more than one night. Cons: As the speakers from mosque are very close double glazing in main bedroom might be useful as it will be loud. But it was the great month of Ramadan so could be quieter at other times. The swimming pool was shared with hotel next door or we did not find it but did not ask the owner who to be fair will respond quickly and even late at night." ~Yb
