"Pros: Place is at best location with very good property. Staff I met and was assisted Mr Mehran at reception, Ali and Biju who drove us to our chalet. The staff at Horse riding I don’t recall the name. All these were best with their services offered and eager to help at all levels. Thanks all these staff members for great service Cons: The booking.com this time was pathetic as I have mentioned in my previous feedback. "Pros: The hotel was very good, nice views from the room windows although when booking, it looked like we were going to have a balcony and we didn't. Cons: The breakfast included was in a cafe next door and not in the hotel cafe itself. It was not bad and there loads of options but we arrived half an hour before the end of breakfast and everything was gone. We had to ask for a few more things from the menu to be cooked for us because the buffet plates were empty. Also, the shower was crazily built in and water was spilled everywhere after each shower." ~Tere
