"Pros: Great location near to seafront and local shops Cons: Property was generally clean but noticed smell which we found was coming from sofa, had to spend 20mins cleaning sofa, as you can see from attached photos not good. decor looking a bit dated could do with a makeover, would not stay again" ~Neil

"Pros: Such a really good spot for us. Car parking on site is great. We see our grandson who lives in Hove so the the location is perfect. Great service and communication with property owner. We can't wait to go back later this year. Cons: Everything was perfect for us. No complaints at all. Great long weekend stay." ~Susan

"Pros: Codes to enter premises for easy access on arrival. 10 minute walk from train station & Tesco Express. Netflix available. Off road parking (although a little awkward to park in the space). Cons: Had to work out heating & oven. Shower towels are on small side. You have to sign up and pay for wifi. Water could be warmer in kitchen & shower. Maybe a microwave as an addition. Cooker needs to burn off fumes." ~Hasmek
