"Pros: The location was excellent, the house was spacious and very clean. Toilet rolls, bedding, towels provided. Comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, fairly well equipped kitchen. Toj responded quickly to queries and allowed us a later check out [midday] on request. It would be helpful, [positive advice] if the booking info stated all that was provided [ eg. towels, bedding, iron & ironing board, loo rolls but no hairdryer], as I had to keep asking. Cons: The mattresses in the master bedroom (front upstairs) and one other double bedroom were extremely uncomfortable with no support [possibly old and worn out] There was insufficient storage[esp for longer stay], wardrobes, shelves, SUITABLE towel and loo roll holders, place for toiletries etc in bathroom/en suite. Insufficient bath/shower towels [one large and one hand towel per double room, stiff and worn], no teapot, dish drying rack/drainer, (colander, not sure??), chopping boards, some basic equipment needed. The sofa in master room was dirty, and there was a lot of sand in the central creases of the 2 leather sofas in the lounge. Needed hooks to hang coats in lobby/entrance and a more substantial, dirt trapping door mat. The one there was thin and not clean. No recycling bin for glass, plastics. I used next doors. Very noisy from house on left Sunday afternoon and night where a large gathering of people." ~Derek
