"Pros: Property didn't include breakfast, but it was a lovely thought that our host left some essentials like milk & a box of cereal, tea & coffee efc. Sharon, our host, did meet us on arrival to ensure the heating was timed suitably for us and although the room was compact, it was nicely heated & facilities really good & kitted out well. Shower was brilliant. Cons: I would only add a tiny fact that I personally found a slight problem, as an older, less fit person, was that the bed was slightly too close to the wall for access (not wanting to clamber over a sleeping husband). The bed was very comfortable though & bedding more than adequate if it turned a bit chilly." ~Pamela

"Pros: The host was very welcoming on the evening we arrived exhausted from the ferry and helpful throughout our stay. There were a number of breakfast options and care was taken in advance to ensure our breakfast needs were met. Parking was easy. Cons: On the evening we spent in Hove there was a problem with buses so it was a bit difficult to get back. Not the hosts' fault of course!" ~Julie

"Pros: Overall, it was a really nice home, thoughfully presented and the rooms were very comfortable. Nice fresh bedding and towels, a blanket on the sofa. It was relatively simple to check in and out via the safe key system. The large famly bathroom was lovely and the shower in bath worked great. Cons: location was not great, as its on a main road, quite busy and noisy for occupants of the bedrooms that face outwards to main road. Stairs leading up to the property quite steep. Need to be pressure washed as a bit slippery due to moss. The single parking space was too steep a driveway to be practical for a car, no parking. available in front of the house as double yellow line. (Advertised as parking space available). The hanger bar in the master bedroom wardrobe was broken, so this wardrobe could not be used. Needs more power sockets in the rooms, none near the sofa in the living room for plugging in phone or laptop. Master bedroom has no available socket for one of the bedside lamps. We asked about availability of ironing board and iron and were told 'sorry no ironing board'. However there was an ironing board and iron in the living room." ~Dinesh
