"Pros: Spacious, comfortable sofas and beds. Generally clean. Have all the necessities. Dog friendly. Able to put up 3 dog cages when we went out. Communal grass area past the gate at the back for the dogs, enough to have a quick sniff and walk around. Good location, able to walk where we wanted to. Shops, pubs etc within walking distance. Parking on road, but plenty of it. Easy access.
Cons: Perhaps to provide more teabags and a pint of milk? 3 coffee pods but only 1 teabag, perhaps a few more to be offered as more than one of us wanted a cup of tea and weren't coffee drinkers."
