"Pros: It was easy to access the caravan, and communication with the owner was easy. The location of the caravan is good and comfy bed and settee. Cons: Caravan comfy just needs some TLC. Carpets worn, some light bulbs need replacing in bedroom and luving room. Seperate toilet did not refill after flushing. Kitchen bin not emptied on arrival, and not sure if caravan had been hoovered as bits on carpet." ~Judith

"Pros: Was a lovely clean home and had great views of the lake and loads of wildlife to see and the whole site is clean and very well run with lots of facilities for everyone. Cons: Couldn't get the heating for the radiators to work but could be my lack of knowledge with central heating lol but with the lovely fire on the home was soon warm." ~Simon

"Pros: Excellent living space , good kitchen facilities, comfy beds with TV in each bedroom plus ensuite what more can you ask for. Oh yeah the fact you can park right outside on your own drive with the secure feeling of being on a private caravan site. Cons: Not a lot" ~Paul

"Pros: Very lovely caravan, well equipped with everything we could of possibly needed for our short stay! Great communication with the owners also and good instructions regarding how to use electrical items I.e setting up the boiler/heating etc. Cons: N/A." ~Jodie

"Pros: Nothing Cons: The property was extremely dirty, no linen was provided, when I contacted the host she sent me bank details requesting a charge of £25, I waited 3 hours for the linen that had some kind of animal fur on, stained and stunk, provided by the “cleaner, from her own home” there were stale sweets under the table , the place was covered in dust, cobwebs and spiders, the actually quilt in the double room was stained and one of the single beds my 6 year old slept on was faulty and tipped over luckily he wasn’t injured. The carpets were stained , there were broken windows and cupboards in the kitchen area. I sent all evidence to the host and there was absolutely no response I tried to contact them by telephone and they repeatedly declined my calls, there were exposed electrics in the bathroom the light fitting had no cover and there were no smoke alarms in the caravan. We turned up and there were rotten damaged chairs outside which the cleaner stated would be removed in the morning. The whole place was a dump, myself my son and my sister all ended up with bites round our ankles and legs, I am extremely unhappy, with the money I paid I could of stayed in a hotel or a bed and breakfast." ~Jeneva
