"Pros: Had a brilliant four days at this property with my partner, all details concerning check in was emailed to us the day before, even though we stayed in october it was cosy and warm with having two fires in the living room and extra fan heaters in the bedroom if required, It's also disableld frendly with a main bathroom and a wet room, beds were comfortable, everything in close range, little nan's cafe is on the entrance to the park and most the bars are only a short walk espescially Archies, it's dog frendly and att £2.60 a pint I wouldn't hesitate to book this holiday again and hope to return again next year. "Pros: Visiting in November a lot of things had closed for the season but the location was ideal. It was quiet, easy to find and within short driving distance to Ingoldmels and Skegness. The accommodation was cosy and had everything you needed. Immaculately clean throughout. Bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. An ideal place for a few days away." ~Emma
