"Pros: We had a free upgrade to a VIP room with a balcony because they had a problem with the room we had booked. The room was huge,the bed was super comfy and the staff was nice and friendly Cons: The room smelled a bit of cigarettes, I think it's still allowed to smoke in hotels, you get used once you're in but some people may find it a deal breaker" ~Luisella
