"Pros: The room and bathroom were incredibly clean, I get very anxious about hotels not being clean and I was completely put at ease the moment I stepped into the hotel as it looks very well presented from the outside and inside. It has a nice modern design and is immaculate. The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - they even gave us lovely red envelopes for TET as we checked out which I thought was a lovely gesture! If I were ever to be in Da Lat again this is the only hotel I would book! Cons: Nothing at all - it was perfect! Some people may find it difficult to walk to the city centre as it is around 30 minutes but Grab is so cheap and you can also rent motorbikes from the hotel which we didn’t use but is a great offer!" ~Rachel
