"Pros: The apartments are in a great location on Cat Ba Town. The rooms were clean, neat and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The terrace with the pool was not so well maintained - there is currently a lot of construction going on in the area and this could have been the reason why. There was a lack of basic kitchen ware, eg cups, glasses, bottle opener." ~Ian
