"Pros: We opted to go with a cruise on Lan Ha Bay rather than the much busier Halong Bay and we’re so glad we went with this decision! The excursion felt so peaceful and was stunning. It was cloudy when we went so we didn’t experience a sunset but was still surreal. The staff were also amazing, Thai/Thomas was an excellent guide who was friendly and funny! We really enjoyed exploring Cat Ba on the bike tour. Definitely recommend this experience. Cons: In our opinion the transfer to and from Hanoi had too long of a break which was 30 minutes long, I think most of us would’ve preferred a shorter stop to get to the destination earlier." ~Juliette

"Pros: Location and rooms on the boat were amazing. Tranfers well organised. Dinners and lunches were excellent. Cave Kyaking toir was a lot of fun. Cons: Beakfast was below average sadly. One small toaster for a large boat created some waiting. Not a lot of choices. Also we were on a 2N3D tour that ended up being 2 x 1 day tours unfortunately after hkining we had to wait on catba island for the second night passengers to be picked up. Felt a bit disjointed from previous 2N3D Halong Bay tours we have done." ~Clint
