"Pros: The beds were comfy & the area is quiet. Towels & bedding is provided. The Self Check in is easy to follow. For the price split between 5 of us it is definitely a 10 rating! We liked the location- only a 10 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake & 15-20mins from Old Quarter. The bus companies are happy to collect & drop you off at the accommodation which is good! The apartment has one private room with a large double bed & another double bed that can be separated from the kitchen & living room with a curtain. 2 extra mattresses & a sofa were there to sleep on also. This may be a misunderstanding on our behalf but the sofa bed is just a sofa - but this was more than okay & our >6ft tall friend slept great on it! The sofa could be wiped down to make it look cleaner but the stains might be permanent. The address given we found leads you to the road across from the street the actual apartment is on - but this was okay as the owners provided a photo of the apartment entrance so we walked a few minutes to the other side of the cross roads & found the entrance." ~Cassey-jo
