"Pros: The views of the sea were amazing . We got an upgrade to an even better room (they gave a 160 m2 room !!!). The staff was very accommodating and provided a personal service, offered recommendations for restaurants and even booked for us . It was my birthday and they had organized a cake and a nice surprise. The spa was excellent (and so were the massages ). Breakfast was very good too. Although the hotel is about 25’minutes from Hoi An centre , the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus service . It is a very modern hotel and I would have usually booked a boutique hotel in Hoi An, but I don’t regret it . It was an amazing experience. Cons: I liked everything" ~Lucia
