"Pros: Serena Homestay is a beautiful place, and Mrs Dung is so friendly. Her warm personality lets us feel very welcome. We arrived after dark and she still prepared a meal for us. She really goes out of her way to accommodate us. She also offered to contact the bus company on our behalf to address our issue as the language is a huge barrier when it comes to communicating in Vietnam.
