"Pros: Proximity of the railway station Cons: Karaoke very noisy even after midnight" ~Luis

"Pros: Our rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily room service was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was adequate but lacked variety. Location is OK; just across the road from the station, but not very close to restaurants, which are mostly on the opposite side of the river. Cons: We booked two rooms that were listed as "high floor", but we were given rooms on the lowest floor with guest rooms. When asked about this, the receptionist said "the hotel is fully booked". It did not appear so. Our 4th floor rooms were very noisy from traffic and the loud music from the shop across the street. The communal balcony was used by smokers." ~Bob
