"Pros: Nice setting location, nice room’s view and great breakfast. Cons: The distance away from the Qui Nhơn city. The bed spread was smelly with human’s sweat, it needs to be well taken care before the new customer checking in. The reception customer service also needs to be improved. I booked 7 rooms for my family, we arrived little early and waited for 1/2 hour to received 4 rooms, we settled in those 4 room and nobody notify us that the other 3 rooms is available even though it’s ready for the check-in. I’m very disappointed." ~Ralph

"Cons: I booked and show up and they just looked into my eyes and told me, we don’t have room even you booked . That makes me to leave Ky Co cuz I couldn’t find any room, and head to Hoi An (I’ve been driving with motorbike) This place is a joke." ~Hamid
