"Pros: I loved the rooms were clean and spacious. The manager was very helpful and kind enough to up grade us to mountain view with balcony that gave us spectacular views . The location was really good as we could walk to Cat cat 2kms and other places . Cons: The breakfast was limiting most of the things on the menu were not available. The restaurant staff have Can barely understand English thus most of our orders were wrongful taken." ~Roo

"Pros: The breakfast is fantastic, the room is cozy, the staff are friendly, the hotel itself is near the central area, and the view is wonderful, even though it was a little bit foggy at that time Cons: The bed was nice, but there was no heater when the weather was cold, like during our stay last week. There was some minor misunderstanding regarding the bottled water, as I was charged for it even though it was supposed to be free. The leftover pancake was still in the fridge when we checked in." ~Gabriel
