"Pros: It is located just outside the Sapa city center - less noise, and potentially able to avoid the jam in the city center when visiting villages to the south, but still near enough to walk to the city center. The staff were helpful in arranging transportation and tours for us, as well as helping to resolve any issues that arose, though it may depend on which staff. They agreed to pack breakfast for us for the day we had to leave early in the morning. Rooms had heater/air-conditioning, which was crucial in winter. The massage service was exceptionally good (the best we’ve had in Vietnam) and reasonably priced. Cons: The pillows were too flat. The sheets were a bit dirty. The safety deposit box needed to be reset/unlocked by the staff before it could be used." ~Daniel
