"Pros: We recently stayed at Cháy Mountain Retreat in Ninh Binh and were thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, which was a great start to our stay. Nestled in the stunning mountains of Ninh Binh, the retreat offers breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our time there very comfortable.
The breakfast was a highlight of our stay—delicious and varied, it really set the tone for the day. The service was consistently excellent, with the entire family of six going out of their way to make us feel welcome. They kept us smiling and happy to be in such a beautiful place throughout our visit. One of the most memorable moments was when they invited us to join them for a family supper. Sharing that meal with them was a special touch, and they made sure we enjoyed every moment of it. They even went above and beyond by letting us use a shower in a clean room to freshen up before our night bus, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.
We highly recommend Cháy Mountain Retreat to any traveler hesitating between homestays in Ninh Binh. It truly stands out as the best option in the area.
