"Cons: Please be warned that this place require full payment in advance but when I arrived I was unable to enter the apartment. At first I received wrong directions which were corrected soon after, but eventually they didn't work. The code I received to open a locker containing keys to the apartment was not working. The host wouldn't pick up the phone, no one was answering my e-mails, it was late at night. I had to go to another place and pay elsewhere. Then the host picked up my message and was trying to accuse me that I wanted to claim money back, because I didn't even show up. I was mistreated after some 20 years of regular booking com loyal usage and treated like a cheater and extortionist. The customer service at Pereca Apartments was very rude and aggressive. First time such a thing happened to me :-( I definitely advise to keep away from this place." ~Paweł
