"Pros: Good location, easy access, nice interior. All ammenities were present and provided a comfortable experience. Balcony was a nice bonus! Was a cozy stay, bedroom was really comfortable, shower was very good as well. Cons: Very unclean. - washing machine was disgusting - most of the dishes had never seen the dishwasher - one knife in the drawer had leftover spinach stuck to it - LOTS of dust - on places like lamps and etc. - there were crumbs under the mats of the table... - half of the lights in the living room just do not work - we were there for almost a week, but only one dishwasher capsule was provided. "Pros: Spacious apartment in a very nice, new building. Nice neighborhood, easy to find restaurant, shops and bars for breakfast. If you want to stay out the whole day it is a nice distance, but if you prefer to return and go out again to the city center for dinner/after dinner, than it is a bit far away. In any case, you can reach public transportation in 10 min distance. The door works with a code, which is very convenient, you don't have to carry around the keys. The heating system worked perfectly, the apartment was all-in-all quite cozy. Cons: We found the beds, in particular the pillows a bit uncomfortable. I received written communication from the host in Polish. When I called her she was speaking in English and she was really nice. Unfortunately we couldn't leave our luggages in the apartment before the official check-in hours and there is no assistance to store the bags. The indication what to do with the garbage when check-out was not clear, and when I called the number, someone who didn't really speak English picked up and than quickly hang up on me, asking to text her. Then again, I received an SMS in Polish, and in English only when I said (again) that I don't speak Polish. All-in-all I think the communication could work a bit smoother." ~Lilla
