"Pros: I love the contact-less and seamless procedure to receive the key from a lock box. However the instruction was not simple and clear enough but rather erroneous and complicated.
Cons: There is a gate code to get into the unit building, and the instruction code included unnecessary letters to confuse user. Also the floor number was incorrect. I stayed in 4th floor, but instruction said 2nd floor."
