"Pros: We were moved to a different flat due to some technical issues in the flat I booked originally but it turned out to be a much better location for us (we had tickets for a concert in the venue only 10 minutes walk away!) SuperApart was very professional about it and they responded quickly to any questions I had regarding the swap.
