"Part of the reception staff was unfriendly - almost rude - but fortunately there was a lady (Jadviga I think) who with here superior spirit, humour and service saved it all. A warm greeting and thanks to her ! There was some trouble in the hotel finding our reservation and also we were asked to pay for it too. I had to be persistant until they were convinced.
