"Pros: Everything went as comfortably as possible - there were no problems when moving into the apartment. The entrance lock had a code that was given to us on the day of arrival. Very convenient! Cons: Everything is great!" ~Yana

"Pros: Clear information made for a smooth check-in. The location is fantastic - right on the edge of the magnificent reconstructed Warsaw Old Town, but also very close to public transport links (Kapitulna bus 30 second walk, Stare Miasto tram maybe 2-3 mins on foot). Apartment itself is very spacious, and generally furnished to a nice standard, and comes with well equipped kitchen. Would be very happy to stay here again! Cons: There are a handful of small maintenance issues outstanding which detract from the overall experience, such as missing cupboard door handles in the bedroom and a fault with the bedroom window hinges." ~Christopher
