Second horrible element is service (lack of service). There is no phone contact available (only bot). E-mail contact is terrible, they reply too slow to solve ANY issue."

"Pros: Overall, it's so good. The location is quite good, and first of all, it's quiet and the city view is so cool through the window. And the cozy bed was good, and it was so nice to have a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. And it was better because the staff contacted me quickly. I highly recommend it.
Cons: These days, it's hot, cold, and the daily temperature range is severe, but it was a little hot during the day, right? It was very cold at night. I was a little surprised that there were no air conditioners and heater facilities. I slept without knowing anything on the first day, but I couldn't sleep because it was cold. I slept with all my clothes on, but it was cold. Eventually, I had a cold and suffered a day. But I contacted the host and brought him an electric heater, and the next one lost well, but please refer to it."

Everything was perfect: cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
