"Pros: I'd give this property a higher score if it didn't already have such a high score - the average needs to be brought down a little cos it's not THAT nice, but basically it is a nice spacious apartment, ground floor, high ceilings, nice design, in a lovely area from where it's easy to reach the centre. Cons: I requested to cancel this booking for free immediately after making it because they said I could not check out an hour later than the set check-out time. I politely asked if they would waive the cancellation fee, admitting that it was perhaps my mistake for presuming that would be possible. They refused. I am a hugely regular user of booking com and this is the first time that has ever happened to me. People always waive the cancellation fee if you ask to cancel literally in the first minutes after booking. Not these guys! I regarded that as mean and very surprising. Apart from that they've got this ridiculous 'separate bedroom' in the flat whereby the bed is in a separate corner that is barely bigger than the bed and if you had even slightly fat legs you wouldn't be able to fit around it. Not very comfortable. Nice of them to provide some snacks, but more useful would be if there would have been pellets for the washing machine." ~Gulliver
