"Pros: Yes, we did receive 6 min video before arrival how to find the door, but when all buildings in the complex look alike and all doors are the same, and you come in the darkness - it took a while to get to the apartment and to park the car (-3 level and getting to it for the first time is not simple). But honestly, later, when we learned it, it was already fine for the parking and for the entrance door. Apartment is in a quite neighborhood not too far away from the center (approx 2 km to the Palace of Culture and Science). Mini market in the same building which is very useful in Warsaw as many supermarkets close early or not work on Sundays. Cons: Yes, we did receive 6 min video before arrival how to find the door, but when all doors are the same, and you come in the darkness - it took a while to get to the apartment and to park the car (-3 level and getting to it for the first time is not simple). But honestly, later, when we learned it, it was already fine for the parking and for the entrance door. The carpet was really dirty in the living room and furniture needs maintenance as well. There were two pans and few pots but only pots were suitable for the induction stove." ~Renata

"Pros: It is close to the city centre. That was definitely an advantage. Cons: Honestly, I don’t know what to begin with. First of all, it was not that easy to find the apartment and parking, but that’s no big deal. However, everything started when we entered the apartment. Hair in the sink, dirty walls, not covered electric socket. The apartment itself was very dirty, various stains all over the walls, sofa, curtains, spider webs, it definitely doesn’t look representative. Not to mention that it wasn’t exactly as in the pictures, carpet was not in the living room, but in the balcony, 2 chairs instead of showed 4, promised coffee machine was not working, tv not working as well, cutting board with stains. However, the “star” of the night was sofa, which was absolutely broken. It supposed to be bed as there were three of us (apartment is for up to 4 people). It was so broken, that it was impossible to sleep on it, also had hair all over the mattress. The sofa was crooked, leaning forward. We contacted the property owner, but it was after midnight, so no help. Since one person had nowhere to sleep (sitting part is too short for sleeping), we decided to remove the mattress from bed, lay it on the floor horizontally and sleep together with feet being in the air. But then there was so much dirt, used heets (cigarettes for iqos), and some other random things under the bed. Beddings had stains, hair, extra bed sheet had big dark thing stuck to it (don’t even want to know what that thing was), basically, clean beddings not found. When we contacted customer support, they couldn’t help much, as the property owner agreed to refund only for the second night (when we asked for both or at least 80% of the paid amount). A bit confused why booking.com cannot help, since we had all the pictures. Thus, basically we paid for sleeping on the floor. The problem was handled very poorly and unprofessionally by the owner. So, if you don’t want to ruin your holiday, waste your money, nerves, and good mood, just don’t choose this apartment and save your money." ~Dovilė
