"Pros: - Good location, close to mall, shopping. - Calm neighborhood, almost no noice pollution. - Price was pretty good. - Autocheckin/autocheckout is a plus. - Safe parking spot for car. - Bonus points for hair dryer and some coffee present in apartment. Cons: - If you own a car, for checking in its bit painful. You have to park a car in the mall (15 min away), pick up keys from underground parking and return back (another 15min walk). Maybe there could be a solution for this, if yes please provide it in the checkin guide for next guests. - Checkout is also bit annoying, since you need to leave a car behind the gate to return keys (unless you could try luck and be fast before gate closes). - Apartment was not very clean at some places, sheets vere questionable if properly cleaned. - There were bad smell from bathroom. I think syphon needs to be replaced or some plumming work. Nothing crazy, but water was collecting in the sink. - The sofa bed was okayish for couple of days stay, but for longer stays it might not be very comfortable. - Also, if you want that guests could clean dishes after stay, please include some paper towels or rags/sponges for cleaning." ~Mantas
