"Pros: The apartment is located in a new building with a very beautiful surrounding area. The renovation in the apartment is new, and everything necessary for living is provided. There is a parking place which is awesome. The view from the windows and the balcony is stunning.
Cons: However, the apartment was not clean. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and it was difficult to determine whether the bedding was fresh (I don't want to say that it wasn't fresh, but usually it very easy to see nicely fresh bedding).
The toilet brush urgently needs to be replaced. The floor had not been cleaned either. Overall, the apartment is very beautiful, but the negligent approach to cleaning could quickly deteriorate its overall condition."
