Cons: Almost everything. Kitchen desk was dirty. One of wardrabe was taped. Toilet clap was damaged and fixed with transparent tape. Broken door in kitchen locker. Main door lock was also damaged. Very hard to unlock and lock door. Bathroom was not cleaned and I was afraid of bacteria around"
