"Pros: Good location with quiet neighbourhood and free street parking. There are different groceries and shopping mall nearby, as well as gas stations. Tram station is on the corner of block and subway station with short walk as well. Cons: Dinner table is very low, it would be nice to change it to standard one. Also underground parking is for extra pay per night, so keep in mind it. Several drawers in the freezer won't open due to heavy ice. There is not enough hangers in the closet.Might be not a scenic view from the windows." ~Sergio
