"Pros: 1. The location of the studio is rather good. 2. When we arrived to the studio, we found that the electrical kettle was out of order. Next morning I wrote an email to the administrator about that situation. And in the evening of the same day we were brought a new kettle just bought in the shop. That was an indicator of a good customer service. Cons: A slight canalization odor was present in the toilet the whole time of our staying in the studio." ~Larysa

"Pros: The location was great, I visited Warsaw for weekender seminars which were 3-5 min walk from the apartment. Moreover a big mall was just outside the apartment, which can cover any need of you. The apartment has a modern design and overall was a beautiful place to stay. The bathroom was pretty clean. The owners were also kind and friendly. Cons: • The instruction for the apartment wasn’t so clear. I spend 20-30 minutes, asking people in the neighborhood and searching for the right entrance for the apartment. • the bed sheets weren’t quite clean (visible old single hairs were on the bed sheet) & the top cover of the bed had old “bright color” - white stains • bad noice cancellation in regard to the beside apartments. • I chose the option “pay at property” and apartment owners had been sending me, almost every day for the last 5 days, that my credit card is shown to be invalid. However they should know that “pay at property” means that they have to come and collect the money in person (cash or with pos), which they did in the final day of my stay." ~Christos
