"Pros: Got the small one with the yellow sofa. Decent flat in decent location. Nothing remarkable about it. Cons: Gave us wrong parking information. Didn't give us wifi information - NO INTERNET. Ignored all questions and requests about the parking and wifi. The heating/cooling system is stupid. There are these massive air vents all along the wall that spew outside temperature air straight at your head. So if you're trying to heat the flat the vents are actively undoing it by blowing cold outside air. It's really stupid system that makes flat temperature very uncomfortable. It's hot in the kitchen from the heating and freezing in the room from the outside air." ~Edita
