"Pros: Very helpful response from the man responsible for letting out rooms. We had to telephone him (as there is no longer a hotel reception) and he arrived 5-10 minutes later. He even drove us to a restaurant for dinner (Dziedziniec) - even though we coudl easily have walked there - which was excellent.
Cons: In our ignorance that the hotel no longer functions as a typical hotel, I went to the reception of the restaurant downstairs, where i received a frankly rude response (I am guessing they were fed up with people coming to ask them), telling me that there had been no hotel there since the pandemic, but that "someone let out rooms upstairs". At first there was no answer when we called the number, so we had visions of having to find somewhere else to stay the night. However, he then answered (see above), and all is well that ends well."

"Pros: The location is excellent , and the apartment is huge , fully furnished, with everything that you need for a long stay. It's very clean and tidy , very comfortable, has a fridge freezer, cooker, iron , hair dryer, and microwave. Tv could be upgraded because they are a little too old and just in polish , but its not a big issue. The biggest surprise is a washing machine ! Excellent place, highly recommended, I will back again, thank you 😊
