"Pros: The place is in a beautiful Location, it's cozy , clean , comfortable . The surrounding is spectacular. The staff are friendly and helpful especially one man called jelin chilufya mutale . He works in the bar and goes an extra miles to help customers. He warms your food makes sure u r comfortable gives you utensils if you need some . He is friendly and respectful. The cleaning staff always gives you what you need . I left my glasses in one room when I came back to the hotel after one week Gladys chanda brought my glasses back . She is one of the amazing cleaners who cleans the room . I have stayed there 3 times in 3 weeks . I would check out and come back after a week or after some days . The break buffet is amazing fresh food and hot beverages. Stay easy is my new home I will always stay there. . Cons: There was nothing not to like I loved everything about stay easy." ~Mijere
