"Pros: This is a really nice, clean, well equipped and spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering, and the washing machine was a real boon. The location is central at the east end of 'The Avenues' and a short walk to the CBD. The Coimbra Restaurant, and the Brontë Hotel are very close . The property is very secure. Excellent communication from the host, and the local caretaker. Highly recommended Cons: Nothing to report here" ~Martin
