It is a great place to have peace and solitude. Sunday Flower is a Hotel and Beach resort located at Santa Fe on Bantayan Island. The resort is located just 50 meters from high tide of the beach, and just a 10 minutes walk from the center of Santa Fe, containing restaurants, cafes, small shops, and market. During the months of late September until late April the beach is calm, with little wind, and it is just magic to watch the sunset. •Six rooms built to a fair standard, some with air-conditioning, some with hot water for showering, TV and DVD player is present in most of the rooms. A separate Villa is available to rent. •On site management staff are always available at reception for booking, during your stay, and checking out. Head to the North Bus terminal in Cebu, Look for a sign on a bus which says Hagnaya bus terminal. Your destination is located at near the northern tip of the island of Cebu. Hagnaya bus terminal is next to the Hagnaya Port just north of San Remigio. It will cost about about 180 PHP which can be paid on the bus. An A/C bus will cost just under 200 PHP, and is recommended. A taxi can be hailed in Cebu at about 1500 - 2000 PHP for a one way journey. Contact the Sunday Flower Resort resort if you need a minivan, which is around 3000PHP a journey. In this case the driver will pick you up in Cebu at most places The journey could take over 3 hours by bus, a taxi is much quicker, less than 2 hours, and could be a good idea if you wish to catch the last ferry. The road is sometimes busy. The ferry/barge to Bantayan island goes about every hour or so, starting sometimes around 2 or 3am, last one is at around 5.30 pm. There are two ferry companies operating. The ferry sometimes leaves early when it is full, and costs 170 PHP for a one way journey. Pay at the terminal office, or if the ferry is about to leave the fare can be purchased on the ferry/barge. There is a terminal fee of 10 PHP . The journey will be just over an hour and a quarter in travel time. When the weather is poor, there is no ferry, the service may be irregular. It is safer to use the ferry in calm waters.
